Happy Lunar New Year - we are excited to welcome in the year of the Yang Fire Horse. May you be catapulted into your hearts desires. If things feel like they are moving too fast and you need some help regulating your nervous system, we recommend:

1) Aligning your circadian rhythm - start by working on consistent a sleep pattern - waking and going to bed at the same time each day.
2) Meditation - don't over complicate this - anything you can focus your mind on for a minute IS meditation!

If you have a pattern of enjoying a period of feeling really good… only to do something to mess it up, then this Breathwork Circle is for you!

If you take 3 steps forward and 2 (or 20) backwards, then this Breathwork Circle is for you!

The saboteur lives in the unconscious awareness so no matter how hard you try consciously (and I KNOW you have!!!), we have to address what’s beneath the surface.

During this Breathwork Circle, we will be diving into the inner depths, where your most deeply held beliefs about what’s possible reside. We will address them at this subconscious level to start to clear them so that we can continue to make steps forward with less steps backwards. January’s Breathwork Circle we went deep into what we actually want for ourselves.
