Not just women, but men too! We don’t know when to say enough is enough. Society tells us to be super parents and super employees and super people, when all we really want is a super nap!

Modern women are suffering - physically, mentally, emotionally and spirtitually.

Great article about s*xual addiction, something a lot of people secretly struggle with but no one wants to talk about. If you or someone you love is struggling with a s*x or p**n addiction, call 304-282-0588 to schedule an appointment.

Rather than conceptualizing compulsive s*xuality as a moral failing, the addiction model provides a framework to empower clients to manage their condition and establish a healthy s*xuality.

Such a great graphic to identify signs of PPD! If you’re struggling, call 304-282-0588 for an appointment.
