Meet the Team at Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy 🤍
Behind every session, every moment of support, and every space we hold — there’s a team of therapists deeply committed to helping people feel seen, safe, and supported.

Holly, our founder, leads with an integrative approach that honors the mind, body, and emotional experience — tailoring therapy to each person rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all path.

Lorin creates a grounded, judgment-free environment for clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and substance use, helping people better understand themselves and feel less alone in their healing.

Emily supports clients in reconnecting with their identity, purpose, and inner voice — especially during seasons of overwhelm, transition, or disconnection.

Kari brings a compassionate, steady presence to therapy, helping individuals move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional awareness, and self-trust.

Stacy focuses on building resilience, insight, and emotional clarity, creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with who they are.

Together, our clinicians believe therapy isn’t about fixing people — it’s about creating space for healing, understanding, and meaningful change.
We’re grateful to walk alongside this community every day.

Using insurance for therapy doesn’t mean lower-quality care.

It means care that’s accessible, intentional, and still deeply personal.

Therapy isn’t “watered down” because it’s covered. You still get a real human, real expertise, and a space built around your needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

If you’ve been hesitating because of cost or coverage questions, it’s okay to ask. We’re happy to walk you through options and help you understand what’s available to you.

Mental health care should meet you where you are — financially and emotionally.

“Strength isn’t holding it together alone.
It’s knowing when to let someone help.”

For veterans, first responders, and law enforcement — strength has often meant pushing through, staying composed, and carrying more than most people ever see.

Therapy isn’t about breaking that strength.
It’s about giving it somewhere safe to land.

Support can look like learning how to exhale again.
Like not having to explain everything.
Like being met with respect, not judgment.

You don’t have to do this alone — and you were never meant to.

Some sessions are about breakthroughs.
Some are about breathing through the week.

Both matter.
Both are therapy.

You don’t have to come in with a big realization or a perfectly worded problem. Sometimes the work is simply having a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

Wherever you’re at — you’re welcome here.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your pain “counts,”
whether you should be “over it by now,”
or whether others have it worse —

You’re not alone. And yes, it counts.

Grief deserves space — not comparison.

Our Grief Support Group begins February 19 and offers a place to explore loss in a way that feels safe, supported, and human.

For veterans, first responders, and law enforcement — the nervous system doesn’t always know when the danger has passed. That constant alertness can follow you home, into your relationships, and into your sleep.

• Hypervigilance doesn’t turn off just because the shift ends
• Therapy isn’t about weakness — it’s about decompression
• Healing doesn’t require reliving every detail
• You deserve support, too

Care can be quiet. Support can be steady. And you don’t have to carry it alone.

You’re allowed to ask your insurance company these questions.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — especially when insurance is involved. But asking these questions upfront can help you feel more grounded, informed, and confident before you begin.

✨ Is outpatient psychotherapy covered?
✨ What’s my copay or deductible?
✨ Do I need a referral to start?
✨ Are telehealth sessions included?
✨ Is there a limit on sessions per year?

Insurance language can be confusing, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
💬 We’re happy to help you navigate this.

Thinking about grief support, but unsure what it’s actually like?

A lot of people hesitate — not because they don’t want support, but because they’re afraid of what they’ll be expected to do or share.

Here’s what this group is:
✨ A supportive, therapist-led space
✨ Gentle, grounded, and respectful
✨ Open to all forms of loss

And what it’s not:
✨ No forced sharing
✨ No advice-giving
✨ No pressure to “be strong” or have the right words

You’re welcome whether your loss is recent, complicated, or something you’ve been carrying for years. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline — and neither does healing.

My Practice

Chances are, if you are reading this, life feels difficult. Rarely, do encouraging or joyful life circumstances lead people to look for a therapist. Finding a therapist and scheduling that first appointment can feel overwhelming and anxiety provoking. You may be wondering if a therapist could really understand or help you. Perhaps you have tried therapy in the past and it just wasn’t a good fit. All of your thoughts and feelings make sense given your story and I would love to hear it. If life feels chaotic and your emotions feel out of control, I can help.

Attending to thoughts and feelings is a long-time passion of mine. I have found psychotherapy to be a wonderful tool. Psychotherapy is naturally healing and I have witnessed its benefits, both short and long-term, many times. A powerful process of insight and self-compassion occurs when verbalizing thoughts and feelings to another person in a confidential space.

Everyone has different experiences, thoughts, and feelings. For this reason, I practice integrative psychotherapy. This means that I utilize therapeutic interventions from multiple theories. I will adapt the therapy experience to your individual needs, paying attention to the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help each client find the balanced, healthy, life they want and deserve.
