You don’t have to carry it all with you.
You’re allowed to reflect, reset, and soften.
As the year winds down, let your body guide you toward peace.
You’ve made it through. And you deserve ease.

The magic doesn’t have to be big.
Sometimes, it’s letting your inner child feel safe, seen, and a little sparkly again. ✨

You don’t have to be everywhere.
Give yourself permission to protect your time, your body, and your peace.

Boundaries are hard—but necessary.
You don’t owe anyone access to your peace.
Practice calm, clear boundary phrases before the moment hits.
Protect your inner calm, one sentence at a time.

Wintering: A Guided Five-Week Experience for the Body, Mind, and Soul

Winter is not a problem to fix.
It is a season to be met with care.

This small, therapist-led virtual retreat is for anyone moving through winter with tenderness, fatigue, grief, or quiet overwhelm—and craving a steadier way to move through this season without pushing themselves to “power through.”

Inspired by Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times by Katherine May, this experience offers gentle structure, reflective practices, and meaningful connection to help you relate to winter differently—not as something to endure, but as something that can be navigated with intention.

This is not therapy.
It is not a class you need to perform in.
It is a facilitated, reflective space where presence is enough and sharing is always optional.

✨ What the five weeks will support:
• Nervous system settling and embodied awareness
• Permission for rest, grief, and quiet reflection
• Gentle reconnection to meaning, creativity, and inner resources
• Steadiness and companionship during an often isolating season

The retreat is intentionally limited to 12 participants to preserve safety, intimacy, and care.

💛 Your investment includes:
• Five 90-minute live virtual sessions
• Wintering by Katherine May
• A thoughtfully curated winter care package (journal, tea, cozy comforts)
• A small, consistent community to accompany you through winter

You are welcome exactly as you are.
If winter has been asking something of you, this space is here to listen.

If you’re the one keeping everything running—gifts, meals, plans—it’s easy to forget yourself.
But your needs matter too.
This season, build micro-moments of check-in.
You deserve as much care as you give.

Grief during the holidays is a language few know how to speak.
If you're missing someone this season, you are not alone.
Joy can live beside sadness. Celebration can hold memory.
You don’t need to “move on”—you get to move with love. 💛

Your body is not a project.

You are allowed to enjoy holiday food without earning it.

You are allowed to set boundaries around body comments.

You are allowed to exist without apology.

In art therapy, there’s no right way to create—only space to slow down, notice, and offer yourself grace.
As Stacy gently reminds us: just give grace.
To the process. To your feelings. To yourself.

The highlight reels are everywhere.

But behind the perfect photos are real people with real struggles.

You’re doing great. You’re allowed to log off.

You’re allowed to protect your peace. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for The Woman I Am workshop last month.

Your honesty, vulnerability, and willingness to show up for yourselves created such a meaningful space for connection and reflection.

We’re also deeply grateful to Emily for leading this experience with such compassion and intention. The impact of your work continues long after the workshop ends — in the conversations sparked, the self-awareness strengthened, and the moments of clarity participants are carrying forward.

We’re honored to hold spaces like this and look forward to offering more opportunities for community healing in the future. 💛

If you’d like to be notified about upcoming workshops, feel free to reach out.

Holiday overstimulation is real.

Loud music, crowded stores, bright lights—it’s a lot for a nervous system to handle.

If your body feels tense or snappy, you’re not being “too sensitive.” You’re responding to a real overload. Try visual grounding to bring your system back down. 🧘‍♀️

My Practice

Chances are, if you are reading this, life feels difficult. Rarely, do encouraging or joyful life circumstances lead people to look for a therapist. Finding a therapist and scheduling that first appointment can feel overwhelming and anxiety provoking. You may be wondering if a therapist could really understand or help you. Perhaps you have tried therapy in the past and it just wasn’t a good fit. All of your thoughts and feelings make sense given your story and I would love to hear it. If life feels chaotic and your emotions feel out of control, I can help.

Attending to thoughts and feelings is a long-time passion of mine. I have found psychotherapy to be a wonderful tool. Psychotherapy is naturally healing and I have witnessed its benefits, both short and long-term, many times. A powerful process of insight and self-compassion occurs when verbalizing thoughts and feelings to another person in a confidential space.

Everyone has different experiences, thoughts, and feelings. For this reason, I practice integrative psychotherapy. This means that I utilize therapeutic interventions from multiple theories. I will adapt the therapy experience to your individual needs, paying attention to the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help each client find the balanced, healthy, life they want and deserve.
