Micah Page is celebrating 2 years as our Office Manager and Tracy Martin has spent the last 14 years providing case management and therapy services to the Glasgow area! Both are such caring and hard working individuals and FOI wouldn’t survive without them! Thank you, ladies!

Meet our Psych NP: MaryAnn Travillian, PMHNP-BC

I have been a nurse for 20 years. My career started by obtaining my LPN from Glasgow Health Tech and then continued five years later with my Associates in Nursing from Madisonville Community College. After several years of working in many different areas such as Acute Care, Surgery, Long-term Care, inpatient behavioral health unit, and Wound Care I decided to go back to school for my Bachelors in Nursing from Western Kentucky University, graduating in 2017. As I finished my Bachelors degree I continued to work on my Masters in nursing specializing in Mental Health. I am now board certified through the ANCC as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Across the Life Span. I am excited to work with all ages as a team to develop the best treatment plan for all clients and to help provide the best outcome.
My hobbies are hanging out with my family, being outside, boating, grilling and UK basketball!

Meet the Therapist: Lindsay Lloyd, CSW

Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts in sociology at Western Kentucky University in 2009 and has a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. She has worked in the mental health field for over ten years, including four years in psychiatric residential treatment and over six years with outpatient services. Lindsay spent six years as a targeted case manager for Family Options and also provides mental health therapy. Lindsay encourages clients to be their truest selves in sessions and offers a relaxed and safe environment. Lindsay enjoys working with teens, young adults, and families. She also offers parenting assessments and teaches classes for our parenting program as well as afternoon DUI outpatient treatment.

Lindsay accepts Medicaid and self pay. Please contact our Glasgow office to schedule with her!

Meet the therapist - Haley Lanham, CSW

Haley Lanham, MSW, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University in 2019. She earned her Masters degree in social work through the advanced standing program with Western Kentucky in 2020. Haley is passionate about social work and what the field has to offer to the community. Haley works with children, teens, and adults. Haley enjoys working with teens with behavioral concerns and has two years of experience through a non-profit program that specializes in helping adolescents with behavioral concerns. Haley provides a safe space for all where she provides compassion and support.
Haley accepts Medicaid and self pay clients. She is available for in person and Telehealth service at our Owensboro location!
