🚗 Help them be prepared before it happens.
Having a plan — and the words — can make all the difference.

Encourage your teen to practice saying:
• “I’m not comfortable with this.”
• “I’ll call my parents — they won’t be mad.”
• “Let’s get a ride or wait it out.”
• “I’m not risking my life or yours.”

Remind them: It’s always okay to speak up, walk away, or call for help. Their safety comes first — every time.
