W.O.W Yoga Changing course for a happier healthier you! Every women has a time in her life when she is met by a shift in her health. We are a species meant for connection.

Be it a physical, or emotional transition, this can be a daunting and confusing time. Our holistic services provide guidance and support to each individuals need meeting them where and when they are on their journey towards a clearer understanding of what's next on her path for a happier healthier lifestyle. Through this connection you will:

Identify and connect with your peers who have been on the same path and understand you are not alone in your seeking. Learn to use mindfulness to tune back in to yourself and understand what your body and mind are seeking. I will help you learn "no shame" Yoga at your own pace for your body type. Wearing your most comfortable clothes and expressing the poses from your heart. Explore eating, and this is very unique to each of this. I said eating not dieting or weight lose. I will help you learn life saving meditation and how to use it throughout the day to stay calm and focused to make choices that are aligned for your happier healthier life. Creativity and Expression free from fear~ Either this is journaling, coloring, drawing, singing, twirling (my fav), scrap booking, knitting, painting, or/& gardening. Creating is the essence of joy. I will help you develope a healthy creativitiy practice to learn how to communicate your passion without fearing judement. Moving forward on your own....My goal is to help you through the transition and beyond by connecting to your inner desire and understaning you already have all that you need within you, I am merely a guide gifted with the moment of having been present during your experience...
