Morongo Health & Wellness Our practice provides a variety of medical and nursing services for which we have identified a local We do not accept insurance, MediCal, or Medicare.

We are located in the Morongo Plaza, between Cactus Mart and the Monument Bar & Grill. As each licensing comes thru, we will be adding the services. Keep checking back to our page or our website morongohealthwellness.com. We do accept cash, debit/credit cards. We will be offering evening and weekend hours.
