Update: we will close at noon Tuesday.

Tuesday - we will open at 8am. We will be also offering telemedicine as some of our doctors are not able to make it in yet. Please prioritize your safety and reschedule or change to a telemedicine if you do not feel that you can get to the clinic safely. Hours today will likely depend on the road conditions.

Update: we are closing at noon. Tuesday will likely be similar to today. Stay safe!

We are going to try and be open on Monday. The roads are still treacherous - if you cannot make it safely to the clinic then please call at 8am and reschedule or change to a telemedicine visit. It is likely we will close early, but we will make that call later in the day. Above all, be safe!!!

This is great for allergies, dust, sinus infections, or anything that has you stuffy and congested. 🤧🦠🤒 We would only add 2 things:
1. Warming up your water in the microwave to luke warm will make this more pleasant.
2. Keep your mouth open and breathe through your mouth to avoid the solution going down the back of your throat.

Feel bad? It may be flu. 🤒

The latest update from the CDC reports flu activity is high in Arkansas.

We encourage everyone to take preventive steps by washing your hands often, covering coughs and sneezes, avoiding close contact when feeling unwell, and getting your flu shot.

To schedule your flu shot, visit bit.ly/3NJ03h4 to find a Washington Regional primary care clinic near you or visit a local pharmacy.

To learn more about the flu and flu symptoms, visit cdc.gov/flu.
