🎉✨ Today we had an extraordinary celebration at The Pointe at Morris!
Our beloved resident, Gaga, turned 100 years young!

💐💖The day was made even more special when city officials stopped by to personally wish her a happy birthday and honor her remarkable century of life.
Gaga charmed everyone, as always, with her smile and stories that span generations.
Here’s to 100 years of love, laughter, wisdom, and grace — and many more joyful moments ahead! 🥂🎂💞

🎭🎷 Fat Tuesday Fun at The Pointe at Morris!

Today our residents celebrated Mardi Gras in true New Orleans style! The dining room was filled with the delicious aroma of jambalaya, collard greens with smoked turkey, corn on the cob, hush puppies, gumbo, and of course—sweet paczkis to finish it all off!

Everyone enjoyed festive music, colorful beads, and plenty of laughter as we joined in the Mardi Gras activities. It was a wonderful day of great food, great company, and even greater community spirit.

❤️ Our residents celebrated Valentine’s Day a little early with an afternoon full of smiles, live music, and delicious food—steak, shrimp, twice-baked potatoes, fresh green beans, and the sweetest ending: red velvet cheesecake! 🍰

🎸🎶 Our rockin’ residents from The Pointe at Morris hit the road yesterday for an encore-worthy adventure! We toured the Illinois Rock & Roll Museum, soaked up some serious music history, and proved you’re never too old to be a legend!

And because every good tour needs an epic finale, we refueled at Louie’s Waffle House—where the fire cheese was so good, it deserved its own Grammy. 🔥🧀

Rock on, Pointe crew—you’ve still got the moves and the appetite to match! 🤘😄

What a special day at our community! 🇺🇲🇺🇲

Today, we came together for a heartfelt luncheon and award pinning ceremony to honor our veterans—residents, and guests from the broader community. It was wonderful to see everyone gathered in appreciation of those who have served our country with courage and dedication.Our gratitude also extends to the residents who joined the Veterans Day ceremony at Morris High School. Your presence helped remind students and families alike of the importance of service, sacrifice, and remembrance.
Thank you to all who participated and helped make this celebration meaningful and full of pride! 🇺🇸
