Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning, LLC We provide ABA and Speech services to kiddos from 2 to 10 years old at our Autism Learning Center in Morris, IL. Unlocking Abilities is based out of Morris, IL.

At Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning our goal is to assist each child in reaching their full potential by implementing the evidenced-based principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our compassionate and highly trained staff offer effective and intensive one-on-one therapy to children who have been diagnosed with Autism, developmental disorders, and behavioral disorders.

Our services are designed to meet the individual needs of each child and to maintain lasting changes by working with children to reduce problem behaviors and increase the acquisition of appropriate social, play, communicative, and adaptive living skills. We provide services in parts of western Will County, southern Kendall County and Grundy County. This includes but is not limited to Morris, Minooka, Coal City, Braceville, Joliet, Shorewood, Morris, Channahon. Depending on geographical location, Unlocking Abilities may accept clients outs

🎉 Happy Birthday, Josh!! 🎉

We’re celebrating one of our amazing BCBAs — Josh! 💙

Even though he’s newer to the UABL family, Josh has already made a lasting impact with his positive energy, supportive nature, and (of course) his legendary cheesy dad jokes 😄

With over 13 years of experience working with learners with special needs and 8 years in ABA, Josh brings so much knowledge and passion to everything he does. He’s hands-on, approachable, and always focused on helping each client grow into the best version of themselves. Watching those “light bulb” moments is what drives him — and it shows in the way he connects with both our kiddos and team. ✨

Outside of UABL, you can find Josh spending time with his kids, enjoying the outdoors, playing disc golf, or catching a game ⚾🌳

Josh, thank you for the positivity, dedication, and laughter you bring to UABL each day. We are so glad you’re part of the team!

🎉 A special milestone this week at UABL! 🎉

This week, we had the joy of celebrating one of our amazing kiddos as they graduated from our after-school program! 💙🎓

This moment represents so much hard work, growth, and progress. From building new skills to gaining confidence and independence, this kiddo has come such a long way — and we couldn’t be more proud.

Moments like these are what it’s all about. Watching our learners grow, reach their goals, and take the next step forward is truly the most rewarding part of what we do. ✨

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Courtney 🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on the amazing Courtney! ✨

Courtney is not only an experienced RBT, but also plays a vital role on the administrative side at UABL — leading onboarding and managing scheduling for the clinic. She is a huge asset both on the floor and behind the scenes, always offering support, guidance, and encouragement to our therapists and team.

Courtney has worked with learners with special needs for nearly 8 years, beginning her journey as a paraprofessional before transitioning into ABA in a clinic setting. She joined UABL when the clinic first opened and quickly fell in love with the environment, making the decision to stay full-time — a decision she says was one of the best she’s ever made. 💙

What drives Courtney each day is her love for working with kiddos and building meaningful bonds with them. She finds so much joy in seeing her learners happy, having fun, and making progress. Her goal each session is simple: to create a fun, positive environment where her learners feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. 🌈

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys morning Starbucks runs, spending time with her husband and dog, reading, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens. 🏈☕🐾

Courtney is approachable, compassionate, and always willing to lend a helping hand.
