Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning, LLC We provide ABA and Speech services to kiddos from 2 to 10 years old at our Autism Learning Center in Morris, IL. Unlocking Abilities is based out of Morris, IL.

At Unlocking Abilities Behavior and Learning our goal is to assist each child in reaching their full potential by implementing the evidenced-based principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our compassionate and highly trained staff offer effective and intensive one-on-one therapy to children who have been diagnosed with Autism, developmental disorders, and behavioral disorders. Our services are designed to meet the individual needs of each child and to maintain lasting changes by working with children to reduce problem behaviors and increase the acquisition of appropriate social, play, communicative, and adaptive living skills. We provide services in parts of western Will County, southern Kendall County and Grundy County. This includes but is not limited to Morris, Minooka, Coal City, Braceville, Joliet, Shorewood, Morris, Channahon. Depending on geographical location, Unlocking Abilities may accept clients outs

Next up, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on the experienced and dedicated Jacqueline!✨

Jacqueline has been in the field of ABA for 6 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to our team. Her ABA journey began by chance after being referred to a company by a parent from her preschool class — and what started as an unexpected opportunity turned into a meaningful and impactful career.💫

Jacqueline joined Unlocking Abilities while looking for change and promise, and she has been a steady, empowering presence ever since. What drives her each day is her deep commitment to caring for her clients with respect, understanding, fairness, and kindness. Her goal in every session is to ensure her learners feel heard, understood, and supported. 🌈

Looking ahead, Jacqueline sees herself furthering her education and continuing to grow her expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. 🎓

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, completing puzzles, and diving into a good murder mystery novel. 🧩📚

Jacqueline is resilient, dependable, compassionate, and accountable. With strong leadership skills and a constant willingness to lend a helping hand, she keeps things running smoothly both on and off the floor. 💘 Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at UABL! 💘

Yesterday was filled with so many sweet moments as we celebrated with our amazing kiddos — and our hearts are still so full! Seeing our learners play together, share valentines, and enjoy each other’s company was the best reminder of what this place is all about: connection, kindness, and lots of love. 💕

Today we’re closing out Maddy’s Therapist Spotlight and celebrating everything she does and brings to UABL. Maddy truly has the biggest heart — she is compassionate, loving, gentle, and kind-hearted in every interaction. Her humility, grace, and warmth make her such a special presence for our learners, families, and team. 💕

Maddy radiates positivity and love wherever she goes, and her bright smile has a way of lighting up every room. She is reliable, consistent, and considerate, always going above and beyond for her kiddos and showing up with authenticity and care.💫🌈

We can’t believe it’s already been one whole year with our amazing RBT, Stevi! The impact she has made on our kiddos and our team has been truly special. Her humor, bubbly personality, honesty, and creativity have made UABL a brighter, more joyful, and a whole lot more fun place to be.

Stevi brings creativity and joy into everything she does, and her passion and positivity shine through every single day. She keeps us laughing, brings big smiles to our kiddos’ faces, and shows up with so much heart for our learners.

🎉 A HUGE thank you to David’s Clubhouse for welcoming our Unlocking Abilities kiddos this past Saturday for a special pre-launch event!

Our kids had an absolute blast exploring all that this incredible space has to offer — from the bounce zone to the sensory areas and everything in between. Every corner of David’s Clubhouse invited curiosity, movement, connection, and lots of laughter. Watching our kiddos engage in inclusive play and simply be kids was truly the best part of the day. 💙

We are so grateful for the opportunity to experience this amazing, thoughtfully designed space and can’t recommend it enough to other families in the community.

Thank you again, David’s Clubhouse — we can’t wait to visit again once you officially open your doors! 🎈

✨ She Did It — Congratulations, Theresa, our newest RBT! ✨

Theresa was so nervous about her exam that she didn’t even want to drive herself there… but she showed up anyway, pushed through the nerves, and PASSED!

And honestly? While she questioned herself every step of the way, no one else ever did.

Theresa made a huge life change when she left the corporate world after eight years to follow her heart into ABA. She traded city life in Chicago for small-town Morris and a career centered around helping children thrive — and she has fully embraced it.

In her words:
“After eight years in the corporate world, I made a life-changing decision to close that chapter and begin a new one in ABA therapy… it felt like the perfect time to follow my heart and finally do something I’ve always been passionate about—helping children thrive.”

She brings sunshine, positivity, and yes — sometimes even a cape — into the clinic. Our learners adore her, our team appreciates her, and today we celebrate her.
