🌟 Staff Spotlight: Tyler 🌟
We’re kicking off the new year by celebrating one of UABL’s very best — Tyler! And even more exciting, Tyler just celebrated his 2-year anniversary with the UABL family this month! 🎉👏
Before stepping into the world of ABA, Tyler gained valuable experience working with learners with special needs in crisis situations. A recommendation from a friend sparked his curiosity about ABA, and after observing learners interacting with the UABL team and seeing the genuine joy and connection in action, he knew this was where he wanted to be. Tyler has spent the past two years growing in the ABA field right here at UABL — and we’re so grateful he took that leap!
What motivates Tyler every day is watching learners make both small steps and big strides socially and academically. Seeing that progress makes his work feel more like a reward than a job. His goal each session is simple but powerful: to make every learner excited to come to UABL and to make learning fun and meaningful. 💙✨
Looking ahead, Tyler plans to continue his education by pursuing a master’s degree in a psychology or sociology-related field, such as social work or ABA. Outside of work, you’ll find him coaching wrestling, catching a good movie, and spending quality time with friends and family. 🤼♂️🎬👨👩👧👦
