Not because it burns calories — but because it helps your body feel safe, supported, and regulated.

Practicing your Pink State means using movement to support your body, nervous system, and mental health. Walking, lifting, stretching, mobility — it all counts.

Movement helps reduce stress, improve mood, and restore energy.
It doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective.

The goal isn’t punishment.
The goal is consistency, strength, and feeling better in your body.

Some bodies are built to move, build, and recover differently — and that’s not a flaw, it’s information.

✨ Endomorph-leaning athletes
Often thrive in strength, power, and stability roles.
Think: powerlifting, strongman/strongwoman, football, throwing events.
Larger frames can support serious strength.

✨ Mesomorph-leaning athletes
Naturally adaptable, muscular, and responsive to training.
Often excel in bodybuilding, CrossFit, sprinting, soccer, MMA.
Balanced power + recovery.

✨ Ectomorph-leaning athletes (coming next slide)
Often shine in endurance, agility, and speed-based sports.
