Something magical happens when people gather with the intention to heal, rest, and reconnect. ✨

Our first retreat reminded us how deeply we all crave slowness, softness, and space to breathe — so we’re opening the circle again April 9–12, 2026.

If you’ve been feeling depleted, overstimulated, disconnected, or just ready for change… this weekend offers a gentle way back home to yourself.

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature, and community — all held in the peaceful beauty of the Himalayan Institute. 🧘‍♀️💕

November naturally asks us to slow down and our bodies respond well to structure when the world gets darker and cooler.

Consistent routines help:
🧠 Support emotional regulation
😴 Improve sleep
🌿 Create a sense of safety and predictability

Even small anchors... a consistent bedtime, a few deep breaths before dinner, or a nightly stretch... help the whole family feel more grounded.

As the school year picks up and the holidays approach, kids can easily feel overwhelmed. 🌟

Dr. Yana’s children’s book, Come Meditate with Me, is a gentle guide to help children (and caregivers!) pause, breathe, and find calm amidst the chaos. Written during the early days of the pandemic, it’s a poetic, visual journey into meditation — perfect for mornings, busy school days, or holiday stress. 🌿✨

Take a moment to reset together — even a few mindful breaths can make a big difference.

The shift into earlier darkness can make kids (and adults) feel a little off... tired, wired, or out of rhythm.

A simple way to help the body adjust this week:
✨ Get natural light early in the day
✨ Add gentle movement after school or work
✨ Keep evenings calm and screens low

Small adjustments help the nervous system settle into the new rhythm of the season.

Feeling the Shift? ⏰

Daylight Saving Time ended this weekend, and even a one-hour change can throw our bodies off balance.

If you’ve been feeling a little off, give yourself time to adjust — get outside for some sunlight, stretch, and be gentle with your routine.

A little extra rest, warm meals, and slow movement can help you find your rhythm again. 🍂
