✨ Connection ✨
This year, we want to focus on the theme of deeper Connection — to body, breath, heart, and one another.

Our mandala reminds us that connection is not linear; it’s circular, layered, and alive. Each petal represents a pathway - nervous system, movement, breath, relationship — all meeting at the center. When we come home to the center, we remember we are held, supported, and whole.

At The Yoga Way Therapeutic Yoga Center, we remind that connection is deeply therapeutic.

Connection is needed for:
   •   Feeling safe in our bodies
   •   Regulating the nervous system
   •   Emotional healing and resilience
   •   Building trust and secure relationships
   •   Integration of mind, body, and breath
   •   Growth through movement and stillness
   •   Remembering we are not alone
   •   Returning to wholeness

Coregulation is healing.
Connection is how we grow — together.
Connection is critical for integration.

Dear Families,

As we celebrate the holiday season and prepare to welcome 2026, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for each of you. This year has been full of growth, breakthroughs, and beautiful moments of healing. Every client’s progress, every parent’s dedication, and every shared smile has strengthened our community and the meaningful work we do together.

Working with you is an honor I never take for granted. You show trust, courage, and willingness to partner in a process that is sometimes challenging, often surprising, and always transformative. I am inspired daily by your an your children’s resilience and by your commitment to helping them shine.

In 2025, we celebrated:

Nervous systems that learned to regulate, soften, and open
New motor milestones, sensory breakthroughs, and deeper self-awareness
Families embracing tools that supported calmer days and more peaceful nights
A growing community united by compassion, curiosity, and hope
As we move into 2026, I look forward to continuing this journey with you—integrating the body, nervous system, emotions, and development in a holistic, loving way. My intention for the coming year is to bring even more clarity, creativity, and support to each family through:

Continued Polyvagal-informed, developmental, and sensory-based work
New resources and workshops for parents
More storytelling, practice materials, and tools to use at home
And above all, a space where every adult and every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated
Thank you for being part of this community. Thank you for trusting me with your children. And thank you for showing up—day after day—with bravery and heart.

Wishing you and your family a holiday season filled with warmth, rest, joy, and connection.

May 2026 bring new possibilities, new strengths, and a deeper sense of peace.

With love and gratitude,

Dr. Yana

The holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also feel busy and overwhelming—for adults and kids alike.

Between activities, family gatherings, and all the excitement, it’s easy to lose track of our own needs. Remember to take a few deep breaths, carve out moments of rest, and practice small acts of self-care.

With kids, try simple grounding exercises together: hands on bellies for slow belly breaths, gentle stretches, or quiet movement breaks. Even a few mindful minutes can help everyone feel calmer, more centered, and ready to enjoy the magic of the season. 🎄❤

❄️ Happy Winter Solstice! ❄️

In yoga tradition, the solstice is a time to honor the cycles of nature and turn inward. As the longest night gives way to increasing light, we can reflect, restore, and set intentions for growth.

Take a moment today for gentle movement, mindful breath, or meditation — a practice to nurture balance, calm, and connection during this quiet season. ✨
