✨ “It keeps our people going longer, in my opinion. It keeps their minds fresh and active, as well as their bodies. Our goal is to give caregivers a break while keeping their loved one home as long as possible—and out of long-term care. I’ve personally seen how much caregivers appreciate what we do.”

🎄Christmas Shirt/Sweater Day at ALPS! Festive fun was had as our clients and staff showed off their favorite Christmas shirts/sweaters! From bright and sparkly to cozy and classic, the holiday spirit was on full display — along with lots of smiles and laughter. Days like this remind us how meaningful it is to celebrate together and create joyful moments that bring everyone closer. ❤️ We loved every sweater — which style was your favorite? ✨

Working at ALPS truly is a blessing. Kathy shared how much it means to build deep, meaningful relationships with our clients and how special it is to know that the time spent together means just as much to them as it does to us.

To Kathy, ALPS is a place where clients can come and feel safe, happy, and genuinely cared for—while giving families peace of mind and the time they need, knowing their loved one is in good hands.

One of Kathy’s favorite parts of serving our clients is the joy it brings—seeing their smiles, the excitement when they see familiar faces, and knowing that happiness goes both ways. Helping others and making a difference is truly what it’s all about.
