Guidance for the week of February 22, 2026: “Taking Ownership of My Pain”
RELATIONSHIP TO DISCERNMENT
How well can you assess a situation, especially one that is either going nowhere or has gone off track? Crows speak to your natural intelligence and the cleverness it takes to circumvent obstacles to obtain what you need. Can you examine the bare, steely truth before moving forward? There’s an opportunity for powerful growth and expansion, but this forward movement depends on your powers of discernment. Whether it be guilt, sadness or grief, the focus should be on how your pain has been self-limiting, confusing, and restrictive. If looking at the numerology of the cards, we see 8 - 3 = 5: a powerful (8) change (5) to create (3) some stability (4) between yourself and the world (2). This grief or betrayal has left you feeling powerless and a bit trapped. The blame could go either way, but ultimately you’re choosing to stick yourself in self-sabotage. Lonely and isolating, it’s been a mental prison, one you can’t seem to break free from, even though it’s killing you. How are you blocking change (5) to this status quo, and what should be avoided? There’s a tendency to perhaps look to the external—an outside event to distract or pull you out of this funk instead of dealing with the pain that persists. Nothing else should be a priority or a focus right now. Once any fun and games are over, you’re right back to square one, returning to this thing waiting for you to deal with it. The cycle repeats: pain, distraction, pain, distraction. Avoiding the “evil” doesn’t make it go away. In fact, ignoring or turning a blind eye to it starts to limit your choices. But this process has taught you self-discipline and to be more protective of what you feel is valuable. Stability is important, and it’s your choice to make—needing to take ownership and create some boundaries, rules... reclaiming order, defending your mind, and feeling secure once again
