Our office will be reopening on May 18. We will have some new procedural guidelines to follow. Please read over the list below and please be patient with us as we implement these to safely reopen.
1. Appointments will be spaced out throughout the day beginning at 8:00 AM with a lunch break 12:00-1:00 and concluding with the last appointment time at 3:30.
2. Do not come to your appointment if you have a temperature, have been ill, or believe you may have been exposed.
3. Patients should brush and floss before coming to their appointment.
4. Only 2 patients will be allowed in the operatory at once:
- Scheduled patients should remain in their cars in the parking lot, call the office (423-586-2336) to let us know of your arrival, and remain in your car until contacted that you may enter the office for your appointment.
- Only the patient will be admitted to the office. Exceptions are children under 12 and anyone with disabilities requiring an adult companion.
-You must wear a mask or a bandana or hankerchief fully covering your nose and mouth.
- You will be greeted at the door (which will remain locked in between admissions), registered by the greeter, and asked the following questions:
(1) Do you feel ill? Have you had a
fever?
(2) Has anyone with whom you've
been in contact been ill/fever?
(3) Have you been told you or anyone
with whomever you have had
contact has Covid-19 or has
been exposed?
(4) Have you been our of the country
even out-of-state?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, you will be asked to return to your car and reschedule.
