Beautiful smile uncovered. This patient had a recent rhinoplasty, but was dissatisfied with results as she still had a plunging tip when she smiles and her nose was too long for her face. A revision rhinoplasty done with tip rotation and support corrected the problem. As shown on a previous video of her during unveiling of her nose, she was super happy with the results.
