This patient presented to Dr. Glatt with concerns of bilateral mammary hypoplasia (underdeveloped breast tissue) and sought cosmetic breast augmentation to enhance her breast volume and shape. Dr. Glatt performed a bilateral breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch silicone gel breast implants, placing a 310 cc implant on the right and a 365 cc implant on the left to achieve improved symmetry and proportion.
