Well everyone, we are getting on our way against Covid. I received my first of 2 injection s on the 7 Th of January, and now they’ll be going down the line from first responders.... I strongly urge every one to receive their injections from the young to the elders.. this is how we will affect a nationwide control. Over Covid -19.

Some elder patients with asthma voiced concern over getting these injections, but I did a cross reference Co morbidity study that did not imply a risk to this group. But is an elder has emotional concerns when taking the second injection, which is known to give patient a rougher reaction, such as a higher temperature as a side effect. My suggestion would be to have a family member or companion stay with you the night and day after you receive your second Covid injection. This is just for your own peace of mind and a bit of whiteness.

Please do not fear these injections, I was informed that after several weeks after one’s second injection, you will have the 95% immunity promised by the manufacturers. Which shall put us all in the safest place possible. During and after we receive our injections, I was informed that it will be healthiest to still wear masks as many people will still have not had their injections. So clients friends folks all be safe for yourselves and be wise and let’s hope 2021 will be the year we hopefully say goodbye to COVID-19 best wishes to you all Alex Wieselman, Ed.S

Covid has been here for 9+ months now....and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020.
I’m asking my small corner of FB to follow suit: Could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide (if you’re inclined). Please say done.

We are taking every step in keeping our clients safe during these difficult times:

So when a client of mine arrives, they call to alert me of their arrival , knowing if I’m in session , I will come out to greet them as soon as my previous session is over. I will take their temperature as per Center of Disease Control (CDC) standards, and then bring them right into my private office along with standard trmorrsture confirmed by external thermometer ... once in my office , we start our session. I regularly test myself for Covid so I have no need to wear a mask as I know thst since my test results are at most 2 weeks old . If I’m not seeing clients I am home staying away from anyone to maintain my non positive status.

This way my clients are assured thst are in a safe office and risk no exposure to bring exposed at all , please know thst if requested you will be given my personal emergency phone line for 911 types of needs to reach me, and otherwise I will advocate for my clients to the fullest of my abilities once a release allowing me to do so is signed!

I can explain more about this in our first meeting . I am an interactive therapist and not of the style who is not interactive in session.
My goal is to assist my clients in accomplishing what they came to see me in the healthiest way that can be done , and in the healthiest and modality possible , you are always welcome to call me office number 973-625-3848 in advance with any questions that you might have . I am happy to discuss any questions that you might have Prior to making an appointment Thiseiukd my pleasure my direct line is 973-615-3848. Thank you and I look forward to your potential call.
