The Natural Cold Remedy : Homemade Elderberry Syrup
Traditionally, elderberries have been used to fight off cold and flu symptoms by boosting your immune system. They have high levels of Vitamins A, B, and C. The flavonoids from elderberries have been shown to boost immune systems and have antiviral activity. Combining them with other ingredients like cloves, cinnamon, raw honey, and lemon, it will be a great way to naturally fight the common cold and flu.

Ingredients:
Organic Elderberries, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Clove, Organic Lemon, Organic Ginger, Organic Raw Honey, Filtered Water
**This syrup has raw honey and should not be given to children under 1 year of age.
Serving size:
For Daily Maintenance, Adult 1 tbsp. Children 1 tsp
For Intensive Use, same dosage 2-3 times daily
Keep Refrigerated:
This product is completely natural and organic. There are no preservatives, so please refrigerate after opening. The elderberry syrup will be good for up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
