Intentionally small, deliberately boutique.
We prioritize innovative care over volume.

At Cedar Creek, therapy is personal. We take time to understand who you are and what matters most, meeting you with care that fits your needs and your pace. Our team brings curiosity, experience, and creativity to every session, drawing from research and real connection to guide our work.

Here in Morristown, we’ve built a space where therapy feels thoughtful, human, and entirely your own.

Meet Jackie:

Jackie Bennett, LPC, believes therapy is about giving people permission to be human.

With nine years of experience in inpatient care, schools, correctional facilities, and private practice, she’s learned that the most powerful work happens when we allow ourselves to be real.

Jackie approaches each session from the client’s truth in that moment—creating space for honesty, curiosity, and growth.

As a trauma therapist, she helps clients explore the parts of themselves they’ve learned to hide, holding up a clear mirror without judgment.

Before becoming a therapist, Jackie was a special education teacher—a foundation that continues to shape her patience, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s process.

Outside the office, she finds strength through movement—coaching at the gym, training in Krav Maga, and teaching women self-defense. Empowerment, both emotional and physical, is at the heart of her work.

If something about Jackie’s approach feels right, she’d love to connect and learn your story.

Meet B, a Licensed Social Worker and psychotherapist who believes in the incredible power of healing through connection. B brings a deep respect for each person’s story and a belief in their ability to grow through even the hardest experiences.

B’s approach is collaborative, nonjudgemental, and trauma-informed. Sessions are a space where clients can expect honesty, dignity, and tools to move toward emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.

B enjoys both practicing and teaching self-defense, and finds deep meaning in witnessing the healing power of movement while learning practical skills that may save your life and improve self-confidence.
