MONDAY MAY 4th

We are 5 weeks away from opening day. We’ve worked hard to get credentialed with every insurance. We will also see cash visits.

We purchased an EKG and ABI machine today and we are ordering the rest of our supplies.

We will be in the office April 28th-May 1st from 9am-1pm to start making new patient appointments. Call (423) 616-0040 for an appointment.

We cannot wait to see YOU! We will see patients of all ages.

Thank you for your patience as we have been getting everything in order to take all insurances thus the continued delay in opening.

We will be in the office April 28th-May 1st from 9am-1pm to start making new patient appointments. Call (423) 616-0040 for an appointment.

Once we open, all patients will have to be seen in the office for an appointment prior to medication refills being sent in. You will have to establish care in the new facility.

Thank you for your continued patience. We are still waiting on credentialing with a few major insurance groups. Everything has been submitted but it is a lengthly process. In the meantime we are getting everything else ready to be able to open as soon as possible. We will let you as soon as you can make an appointment. Can’t wait to see you!

Due to unexpected delays in insurance credentialing we are delaying opening day.

The office is clean and has new paint and new floors. We are about to stock all of our supplies.

We’re excited to share that Gigi McDaniel, APRN, FNP, owner of The Hope Clinic, will soon be opening inside Crescent Center Drugs, offering convenient access to family medical care for our community. The Hope Clinic is a family practice serving patients of all ages — from babies to adults.

Services Include: chronic condition management (Diabetes, HTN, COPD), bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, autoimmune disorders & hepatitis care, annual wellness exams, childhood exams, walk-in sick visits, and on-site lab draws & PCR testing.
