Hundreds of Alliance staff in the Triangle area gathered at the home office in Morrisville in March to celebrate our annual Employee Appreciation Day.

They enjoyed a carnival theme with hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, a variety of midway-style games and a healthy dose of fun and fellowship. Similar events were also held at Alliance offices in Mecklenburg and Cumberland counties and virtual options were provided as well.

At Alliance we say we are “Powered by People” and this was a great way to show our appreciation to our caring and committed staff who work hard every day to serve our health plan members.

Today is 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮!

Autism isn’t just about awareness - it’s about understanding, acceptance, and support. And that includes mental health.

Many individuals on the autism spectrum experience anxiety, depression, or burnout - not because of who they are, but because the world isn’t always built with them in mind.

Let’s shift from awareness to action:
✨ Listen without judgment
✨ Create inclusive spaces
✨ Support mental wellness for ALL minds

Because every mind deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. 💙
