A little insight into each trimester.
Allow me to give you in depth information on what to expect in each trimester which includes but is not limited to:
-Frequency of doctor appointments
-What to expect at each doctor appointment
-Developmental milestones for baby while pregnant
-Unique symptoms in each trimester (nausea, braxton hicks, ligament pain)
And last but not least & what often gets left out but is equally (if not more) important, the 4th trimester!
The 4th trimester is the 12 weeks immediately following delivery. During this trimester your body goes through significant changes.
Physically: cramping, bleeding, engorged breasts.
Emotionally, you are at risk for postpartum depression/anxiety. Hormones are imbalanced attempting to become balanced. Adjusting and transitioning to a new routine and lifestyle is HARD + add sleep deprivation to the mix.
Think about it you will always have firsts. First time bringing your first baby home, first time bringing a second baby home & first time having three littles in your home. So even if you are a 2nd or 3rd time mom, don't be ashamed to ask for help!
Let me help you manage and create a schedule that is unique and specific to YOU & YOUR family.
