We are adding another Massage Therapist to our team at Green Mountain Holistic Healing!💚

Meet Nicole, she will offering massage on Mondays from 11 AM - 5 PM starting this Monday, December 1st!✨

Nicole offers Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Therapeutic Massage🌿

Nicole received her massage training at the Wellness Massage Center and Institute in St Albans VT. Shortly after graduating she passed the national Massage and Body Work exam. She studied Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Thai massage. She has additional certifications in Reiki, and CranioSacral Therapy. The early part of Nicole’s massage career has been spent in giving therapeutic and relaxing massage at a popular mountain resort. In addition she opens space at her home, during the summer, for outdoor treatments. Nicole is delighted to be joining a center of holistic healing and will be working towards offering massage for somatic emotional release.

She combines traditional occupational therapy with complementary practices to promote overall well-being, balance, confidence, and ability to engage meaningfully in daily life.

Common areas of support include: chronic pain or illness; emotional regulation; stress, anxiety, and burnout; sensory processing challenges; self-care and independence; fine and gross motor delays; recovery from injury, surgery, or trauma; life transitions; enhancing quality of life and life satisfaction, etc.

Join our Group Guided Meditation Session this Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm💙

A great opportunity for curious beginners, experienced meditators, or those wishing to bring the practice of settled mindfulness back into their lives.

This session will include a short intro to meditation basics, gentle movements and breathwork, and meditation.
