My name is Sonja Lay, I am a Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Nationally Certified, and Licensed in state of Pennsylvania. I found my passion in Massage Therapy years ago. Its so rewarding to me to be able to help my clients manage and reduce their stress, pain, and help them maintain wellness. I strive to learn more each and everyday, and educate my clients with what I've learned. As a result, along with their relief they experience from their session, they have come to regard Therapeutic Massage as essential to wellness and not just a luxury. I offer many different types of massages Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Bamboo, Hot Stone, TMJ, Sports, Reflexology, and Chair Massage.
