This delicious breakfast is designed to help those with digestive issues. It contains 3 tbsp overnight soaked steel-cut oats in homemade almond/hemp milk, along with grated raw ginger root, grated raw turmeric root, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, and almonds. The next morning, add chopped walnuts, ground flax & chia seeds, and diced raw, organic cauliflower--yes, you read that right--cauliflower is an excellent food for digestion; plus, it has such a mild flavor that it can easily take on the flavors of the stronger fruits that surround it, so it won't overpower your senses!

Benefits of Raw Cauliflower for Digestion from the Web:

Gut Flora:The fiber in cauliflower helps to support a healthy gut microbiome, which is important for digestion, immunity, and overall health.

Fiber:
Cauliflower is a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, which are beneficial for gut health. Not sure what to do with stale bread? Make vegan croutons! These were made without heating oils or adding salt. We cut stale sourdough wheat bread into cubes then sprinkled them generously with Braggs Liquid Aminos, low sodium coconut aminos, added garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary. Toast in the over for about 7 to 10 minutes, and YUM!!

My new wonderful breakfast includes soaking sprouted oats the night before in homemade banana-almond milk and frozen blueberries then in the morning adding apples, walnuts, cinnamon, and acai powder. It's fantastic! Let me know if you want the full recipe posted :)

Chick pea and avocado salad on the go! Using organic red leaf lettuce as a bed, top with your favorite salad ingredients. Season with a dash of red wine vinegar and (sparingly) use extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed). Season with diced fresh garlic and ginger root (equal parts).
