Crouse Community Center Earns Top NYS Quality Honors!

It was just announced today that we are in the FIRST TIER of all New York State Nursing Homes in Quality, based on our 2024 quality metrics!!

New York ranks all Nursing Homes each year by a set of quality metrics and then ranks each facility based on a points system.

This is our 5th year in a row we have earned the FIRST Quintile ranking.

Crouse Community Center Names New Adult Day Healthcare Program

Morrisville, NY

Crouse Community Center is pleased to announce the naming of their newly built Adult Day Health Building located in Morrisville NY.

“The Kathleen and David Felton Adult Day Healthcare Program” was named in honor of Founding CEO, David Felton, and his wife Kathleen who served as the Adult Day Healthcare Program Director for over 15 years. “We are excited to name our Morrisville Adult Day Program after two beloved individuals who had the vision to develop and ensure the most rural communities in our area have access to such a valuable program to keep individuals living at home”, stated, DJ Raux, President and CEO of Crouse Community Center. “Both Kathy and Dave were selfless in their passion for seniors and impact on our organization’s history of exceptional care and services”

Crouse Community Center’s inclusive Adult Day Healthcare Program in both Morrisville and Sherburne provides transportation, case management oversight by a Registered Nurse, personal care assistance, nutritional meals, activities, outings, and therapy.
