Yoga Sculpt = strength + sweat.
This class is mostly strength and conditioning with a HIIT-style format. We use hand weights and bodyweight exercises in structured strength sequences designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and get your heart rate up.
There’s very little traditional yoga — no long flows or extended stretching. Instead, expect:
Strength-based circuits
Functional movement
Cardio bursts
Muscle fatigue (in the best way)
Think fitness class energy with a mindful edge. You’ll leave sweaty, strong, and feeling accomplished.
Perfect if you:
Love lifting and conditioning
Want to build strength + definition
Prefer movement over stillness
Want a high-energy, results-driven workout
