I am excited to announce a new workshop that is now available on my website to book. Taking place on Saturday, February 28 from 10 - 11:30 am at the Well-being Studio. This is a collaboration between my lovely mother and myself. Space is limited to 10 participants, so register today if this sounds like something you would like to experience. ✨

Deepen the integration with a sound bath, which will gently guide you into a deep meditative state where you can reflect upon and clarify what this planetary alignment is asking you to move forward with in your life. A six planet lineup reflects moments you realize you have outgrown something. You gained self-awareness on what works and what doesn’t. This self-awareness helps to clarify rather than reinvent.

Today is the first day of the Fire Horse, stemming from the Chinese Zodiac, and a time to set intentions and clarify purpose. It is also a lunar eclipse, so it is charging up emotions.

There was such a gorgeous full moon that accompanied people on their drive out to the Well-being Studio tonight! The feedback I received from participants is that the atmosphere, sound and somatic meditation led people into a deep therapeutic state. I am feeling so grateful for our community, and the opportunity I have to hold space for people.

Tonight will be my first large group experience in my new space at the Well-being studio!

It is a full moon, and with this amplified energy, it supports transformation, hope and intention setting. Participants will be guided through a somatic meditation while being immersed in therapeutic frequencies from crystal sound bowls, a massive gong, and a variety of other instruments. ✨ 🌀 If you missed signing up for this one, there is still room in the February 15 somatic sound bath.
