My personal story ❤️🔥
Having the HaloSauna at has been such a treat. I really wanted to invest in something for my clients that would enhance their massage benefits and help them heal post covid. I have always believed in Infrared so to see it paired with dry salt therapy felt like a dream! The perfect combination for a powerful detox and full body reset. I was pretty psyched to have this amazing self care tool at my fingertips, but I didn’t realize it would be the thing that helped me most on my own healing journey.
A few years ago, my husband and I lived in a rental and came to find out it was full of mold. We tried our best to leave as quickly as possible but in the meantime my health felt like it was collapsing. My hair was greasy (but dry?), my skin was breaking out in rashes, my vision was blurry, my brain was foggy, and I had zero energy…. all of the time. My immune system was falling apart and it felt like it was all in my head. I now know I was experiencing mold toxicity.
What I didn’t know then was that I wasn’t going to feel better after moving to our new home and leaving behind the place that made me sick. It was going to take more than that. I saw all the holistic practitioners and took all the supplements. Nothing helped (enough) until I experienced the HaloSauna.
The warm salt therapy is just what I needed for the inflammation in my lungs. The infrared heat helped my body soften and release. My lymphatic system was engaged for the most glorious detox that I didn’t even have to sit in a giant puddle of sweat for. I consistently sat in the HaloSauna (at minimum) once a week and I finally started to break through the shell of mold toxicity and covid aftermath. I could finally see myself again when I looked in the mirror.
I believe the best way we can help our bodies heal, is to create an environment in which it feels safe to heal. To allow our complex systems to do the work they are meant to. The HaloSauna helped me find my inner balance again.
