Colored rays are different light frequencies and can be used for healing, transmutation, transition.

There are many frequencies of light that you can learn to work with. One of the most healing and higher in frequency is the Golden Ray of Christ Consciousness.

Understanding the Golden Ray of Christ Consciousness. The golden ray is a light frequency of pure divine power that helps to heal the deepest parts of you and awaken the divine blueprints in the essence of your soul.

It flows directly from the heart of Divine Source and carries the vibration of unconditional love, unity, and transformation. When you work with the golden ray you begin a journey of healing, growth and the claiming of your infinite potential.
It is a bridge between heaven and earth representing unity consciousness. It is the embodiment of Christ Consciousness, a universal unconditional love.

Connecting with the golden ray activates your soul’s blueprints for healing and transformation. Works on all levels, Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual to balance and align you with divine source.

It helps you remember that you are already whole, divine and creator.. it helps with self-doubt, layers of fear, and the limitations that you reside within. Imagine a bird cage with a wide open door and a bird within afraid to go out through that door. It is free to fly to the great unknown but is afraid to leave the cage. Isn’t that a shame? It is time to let go of those illusional fears that you may hold, time to let go of self-doubt!

When you begin to work with this golden ray and bring it throughout your entire body it begins to cleanse and transmute those lower energies and help you to raise your vibration and frequency. You begin to let go of things that no longer serve you.

This sacred energy becomes a guide illuminating those next steps upon your journey.
The more that you connect with this ray the more powerful it will become.
How do you connect?
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for a length of time. Grounding your energy deep within Mother Earth. Begin taking deep and steady breaths~ filling your lungs and your whole body. Exhaling out stress and tension, setting the intention “to release anything that no longer serves you.” Now visualize a golden ball of light filling above your crown chakra. See or feel it growing stronger with every breath and heartbeat. It is a warm liquid golden light. Now in your next inward breath bring that golden light right down into your crown, your third eye, your head and slowly to every part of your body. Your cells, your DNA, your muscles, ligaments, bone. Every part of you begins to radiate with the Christ Consciousness Golden Light. Affirm that you become one with this golden light frequency and that you are healed, you are whole, and you are divine.

Sit in this energy for as long as you like just opening to receive the frequency of golden light. Feel it flowing through every molecule and electron of your body.

When you are done take a deep breath and ground your energy deeply into Mother Earth and once you feel it is grounded bring that grounded energy up through your body right into the center of your head. Know that you are grounded, centered, and focused. Give thanks and gratitude for this healing and the golden ray .

Uranus in Gemini leaves Ta**us for the last 7 years. I am a Ta**us and for those of you that know my last 7 years journey this is so spot on!

Pathways went under a major transition and survived.
Pathways redesigned and let go of so much that was not upholding their mission and standing true to the purpose and clarity that Pathways was created to be .

Goodbye to the last 7 years, Pathways is anxious to see if what we are carrying into the next 7 years is built more in clarity, honesty, more stability integrity to us then was ever before.

I feel there are a lot of wonderful transitions still for Pathways ahead. Can't wait to see what that looks like.

Feeling the energy today?

Pathways just wants to update and support you on today’s energy that you may be feeling. We had major solar flares yesterday plus today Uranus leaves a 7 year cycle to meet Gemini.

The field and energy coming in today is making things feel more amplified. Your nervous system may feel like it is on high alert. Your body and energy field may be feeling out of balance if you are sensitive. You may be more emotional, more unsettled but as always the universe above is assisting you on letting go of all that no longer serves you. Remember we are in a universal year of 1 of lots of shifting and changing plus the year of the fire hourse moving you forward upon your spiritual journey.

You are step by step clearing the old out to make way for the new in your life. Let go of the fear, the distrust, the anger, any thing that is holding your vibration down.

Today is the day to be gentle with yourself ( as you should every day), Stay especially hydrated and grounded deeply into Mother Earth, do something to nurture your body, mind, and spirit today.

Spend some time listening to your heart. Cut cords, old contracts and vows. Listen to some relaxing music. Remember to take periods of just deep breaths. Just breathing in new energy and breathing out what no longer serves you. A nice relaxing bath with your favorite essential oil. Pamper yourself! Breathing in clarity, peace, healing ~ breathing out what you want to release. Remember the energy of the eagle from my post the other day.

Bring in the energy of the east and the eagle for balance, clarity, illumination, and clearer insight. Concentrate on your new ideas, beginnings, what you want to create in your life under this new cycle of energy. Remember you current thoughts create your future energy ~ you get more of the energy that you are concentrating upon. So watch your thoughts carefully. *remember our posts from creating a new reality that I posted in January. Your thoughts create your reality. And especially in this powerful new energy. Picture the life you want to create.

It helps if you know that there are reasons why you may be feeling off balance, or center and it is only temporary. It helps you also if you know how to work with it for your highest good and healing.

Venus has moved into Gemini, and the assignment has shifted from the soul to the surface.

It is time to stop processing and start living. The deep, internal work has been integrated; now, the most spiritual thing you can do is show up for the world with curiosity. Venus in Gemini does not magnetize through heavy mystery or brooding intensity. It attracts through aliveness, through the spark of a new idea, and the lightness of a genuine conversation.

The most magnetic version of you has been waiting in the wings through one of the most intense astrological seasons of the decade. You have been forged in the fire, and now you are being invited to dance in the air.

Do not carry the exhaustion of your healing into this new season. The stage is yours, not to perform, but to play. Be interested in what happens next. Allow yourself to be surprised. Your radiance right now comes from your willingness to be present in the mess and the magic of the "now." The world is waiting to meet the person you’ve become. 🖤

Spring equinox was the 20th of March, and we are still in that passageway until our summer solstice.

The totem (medicine or power) of the spring equinox is the Eagle. The totem of the east flies higher than any other bird, so that it is considered to be closest to The sky and to the Native American it was the realm of Great spirit and creation. The eagle is attributed to remarkable vision.

It can see over great distances and identify quite small creatures and objects from a long way away. Therefore having great sight. The Eagle is also able to look into the sun and not be blinded by its intensity. The other attribute of the East Illumination. Eagle feathers were sacred because it carried the Eagle to the realm of spirit.

From their height they were more able to see things on earth in more of a perceptive because they were not close to the subject. By viewing things from a higher perspective we are able to clarify all sides of a situation.

The principle function of the east is to assist us in the power of determining and the power of making choices . Our choices can begin as seeds planted and as the summer solstice arrives our seeds begin to activate.

The Eagle also flies in balance if he loses a feather in one side of his wing, he will lose the exact same placement of the feather in the other wing ~ keeping him in balance.

The medicine to us is allowing us the illumination to find the balance in all aspects of our lives. Our heart is the voice of our spirit. The purpose of life to the Native American was the continuing evolution of the divine spirit within.

So we are under the passage of the spring equinox and it is time to follow the medicine of the east and the eagle in clarity, illumination, and balance. Planting seeds and nurturing them with clarity, illumination, balance. And nurturing the evolution of our soul and spirit.

On April 25th Uranus is leaving Ta**us that has been in for 7 years. And it will not return to 2102. Three days before a planet leaves it placement it is very powerful. Tonight, write down every thing that Uranus created in your life. Everything that no longer serves you, everything that you lost or that you felt like ended or where you tried for a break trough and just could not create it. 7 years of turning your life upside down, forcing you out of your comfort zone, chaos, drama, anything that was out of balance.
Every plan that fell through, every relationship that ended, all that was not working in your life.

Then write down what you have learned, grown, and changed because of what Uranus created in your life.
The energy of Uranus in your life acts as a disruptive force breaking down old structures to allow for growth. It acts like a cosmic trickster that causes cosmic changes. What for the last 7 years did Uranus break down what structures do you feel that it removed from your life. What friends left, what didn't work out for you? These structures that was broken down for you was creating a new growth in your life, forward movement, change and in this universal year of 1 what cleared to create new beginnings, new versions of yourself.
We are in a powerful transformation as these planet slowly begin to shift creating the energy of the fire horse and the universal year of 1. Leaving the universal year 9 behind of the endings. Now it is time to concentrate and visualize what you want to begin creating in your life.

Stay grounded hydrated, cords cut, and listen to your heart!

Growth empowerment transformation are now the key words.

This is what growth looks like when it’s real. Not loud. Not dramatic. Just a steady shift in how you see things—and in what you’re no longer willing to accept.

You’re not losing your spark. You’re refining your energy. You’re learning what actually deserves your time, your attention, your heart.

And the more you lean into that clarity, the easier everything becomes.
