As many of you may remember, Lisa was co-owner of Pathways when we were in Moscow for the first 6 years, and one of our best massage therapists. Lisa got thrown of a horse and was injured. She has recovered and in the year of the FIRE HORSE she returns.
Pathways is very excited to have her back!

Such an awesome experience ln at Pathways to Inner Healing with Nora’s Series of 💞 💫 — Our first part opened with our Crown & 3rd Eye Chakra which included our spine & the parts of our brain ; amygdala , pineal & pituitary glands, etc 🧠

I loved it & can’t wait to discover even more 🥹

We got a little creative afterwards when I wanted to integrate an intentional 5 minute practice of cleansing & connecting these parts within daily like Nora suggested*

I have been working with the biofeedback machine for almost 15 years now with family and friends. I have decided to make it available for the public.

The L.I.F.E. System is an advanced electro-physiological Biofeedback device, designed to aid in the reduction of stress and muscle relaxation

In Quantum Biofeedback, a flow of energy connects every cell, every organ, every thought and every emotion. The ease or the interference of that flow of energy reflects a profound system of communication that demonstrates the body / mind intelligence.

As a quantum biofeedback machine, the LIFE System offers an easy-to-operate computer interface that provides safe, gentle and effective energetic programs. The body field is accessed through harnesses (bands for the head, wrists and ankles), providing a connection with the subconscious mind.

The system then receives information from the body field, and the biofeedback program works to organize chaotic energy back into a natural and harmonious state of well-being. The LIFE System is an advanced electro-physiological biofeedback device used to reduce stress and help muscles relax. Laboratory testing has proven the positive effects of biofeedback for stress reduction, pain management and many other conditions.

The LIFE System biofeedback device attempts to identify and record subtle, informational “stress potentials”, provided by the client during the assessment (“test”) procedure covering over 10,000 programed frequencies

The flow or blockage of this information reflects a profound system of communication that demonstrates the body-mind intelligence and inter-connection. The results are presented in the form of charts, numbers and text, making it easy for the biofeedback technician and client to understand. The computer program evaluates each response and then challenges the individual with that information by feeding it back to them.

The client uses this information as a self-regulating tool to re-define areas of stress and muscle tension in the body. This process assists the body’s self-corrective, natural defense mechanisms, by encouraging relaxation, balance and harmony and assists in bringing all systems of the body back to balance. 90-minute sessions available.

After assessment the L.I.F.E system then has been programmed with the correct frequencies will be run for the body.

IDENTIFYING STRESS
The L.I.F.E. System biofeedback device attempts to identify and record subtle informational “stress potentials” provided by the client during the assessment procedure. The flow or blockage of this information reflects a profound system of communication that demonstrates the body/mind inter-connection and intelligence. The result is presented in the form of charts, numbers and text, making it easy for the technician to understand.

EVALUATION
The computer evaluates such responses, then, challenges the individual with that information by feeding it back to the client. The client uses this information as a self-regulating tool to re-define areas of stress and muscle tension in the body. This process assists the body’s self-corrective natural defense mechanisms by encouraging relaxation, balance and harmony.
The L.I.F.E. System provides and receives subtle, dynamic and quantifiable signals through the 5-point harness system. This satisfies the needs of all perspective users and technicians.

And from that dedication and commitment that we have followed for the last 4 years, it is with our excitement that we have been chosen by Angel Valley Sedona AZ. the very first NuLemurian Heart Light Center of the world. What does that mean? It means that we will still stay committed and dedicated to helping each and everyone to move into a space of Self Love and Light.

Today’s lifestyle can be more stressful, unbalanced and physically detrimental than many people may realize. The pull of jobs, families, and community responsibilities along with the constant conflicting messages from our society makes self-care, relaxation, alternative education, and meaningful interactions more important than ever. Modern demands and problems call for alternative solutions, places and people who can help us to cope successfully.

This is the mission of Pathways to Inner Healing, a diverse multi-dimensional center based in the North Pocono region to serve the broader Northeastern Pennsylvania community. Pathways to Inner Healing has been a center in the area since April 2015 offering over 40 different services and classes that incorporate body, mind, and spirit in healing, wellness, prevention and empowerment. Each of its 11 proven practitioners is at the top of their specialty in the holistic healing arts. Cutting edge approaches that include yoga, massage for pain management and relaxation, many forms of energy vibrational healing, plant based-nutritional counseling, naturopathic, herbs, life coaching, one on one mental health counseling, adult as well as teen counseling and empowerment, biofeedback, crystal and aroma therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and community acupuncture. Each of the practitioners optimize health through nontraditional means that have proven to be very effective. Always with the emphasis on individualized care, there is also the insistence of privacy for each client. We offer a large variety of events, support groups, classes and workshops.
