What you’ll do:
👋🏼Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
📞Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
📝Maintain organized records and support daily office operations
🔐Respect and maintain patient privacy

What we’re looking for:
🔹Spanish speaking preferred
🔹Prior office experience preferred
🔹Familiarity with medical scheduling and/or insurance is a plus
🔹Strong communication skills and multitasking skills
🔹Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🔹Positive attitude and attention to detail

National Physical Therapy Month Spirit Day 1 in the books 💪🏼

Today we all wore PINK 🩷 for Breast Cancer Awareness. Cancer takes so much from the people it affects, and most likely, we’ve all had some sort of interaction with cancer, whether you’ve had it, or you know someone who has . Just know that we support you and if you are in the trenches, we are keeping you close in our thoughts and prayers 🙏🏼

Our next spirit day will be on Friday, October 10th. We will be wearing high school colors (doesn’t have to be MLHS) for homecoming! Feel free to participate 👸🏼🤴🏻

Also, don’t forget to bring your non-perishable food items for our food drive 🥫🥫

🚨It’s that time of year again….

October is National Physical Therapy Month which means we will be doing our annual Food Drive service project. Please bring your non-perishable food items to our office between 10/1-10/31 to drop them in our bin 🥫🥫

We will also be doing spirit days again. If any of our patients want to participate, the calendar and descriptions are listed!!

🎓2025 Scholarship Recipient, Allison Ruffin🎓

Allison has been a very active student throughout her high school career. Aside from her studies, she has participated in MLHS Molahiette Drill Team, MLHS Golf Team, and has been a senator and executive officer for MLHS ASB, among many other activities 💃🏌️‍♀️

Allison plans to attend Whitworth University in the Fall. She plans to achieve a pre-physical therapy degree in Kinesiology and then plans to further her education by obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy 📚✏️

💚💙The staff at Columbia PT is very proud to be able to award this scholarship to such a deserving young woman and we wish you all the success in your future endeavors. Congratulations Allison💙💚
