Our Vision
Continually transform our health care delivery system to improve the health of the communities
we serve. We will relentlessly pursue perfection and be driven by continuous learning and
growing. We will achieve superior clinical outcomes and the highest levels of satisfaction with a
patient and family-centered focus. Our Philosophies
■ Community-based representation on the Board is essential to our mission and success;

■ Our policies should reflect the needs of the community we serve;

■ People should not be denied services because of inability to pay;

■ Services should be provided in a culturally sensitive and relevant manner;

■ Healthcare is more than the practice of medicine;

■ Board members and staff should promote a positive
image within the community;

■ Financial stability and marketplace competitiveness are necessary;

■ It is critical to educate the Board and staff and hold them to the highest expectations;

■ Continuity in the provision of services is the basis of good healthcare; and

■ We choose to align ourselves with organizations that share similar philosophies.

Thank You for Supporting the Community Turkey Drive! 🦃❤️

We’re excited to share that at this year’s (Harvest Foods location) Turkey Drive raised an amazing $2,215 to support local families!

A special shout-out to our 11–1 p.m. shift, who brought in $200 at the outside table—great job! 🎉

And a heartfelt thank-you to our staff and community members who donated so generously. Your support truly makes a difference.

We couldn't make this happen without the support and generosity of the Lep-Re-Kon Harvest Foods for once again supporting this event, donating pounds of groceries to the food bank, and welcoming us to set at their store for the day. We’re so grateful for your partnership! 🙌
