Our Vision
Continually transform our health care delivery system to improve the health of the communities
we serve. We will relentlessly pursue perfection and be driven by continuous learning and
growing. We will achieve superior clinical outcomes and the highest levels of satisfaction with a
patient and family-centered focus. Our Philosophies
■ Community-based representation on the Board is essential to our mission and success;

■ Our policies should reflect the needs of the community we serve;

■ People should not be denied services because of inability to pay;

■ Services should be provided in a culturally sensitive and relevant manner;

■ Healthcare is more than the practice of medicine;

■ Board members and staff should promote a positive
image within the community;

■ Financial stability and marketplace competitiveness are necessary;

■ It is critical to educate the Board and staff and hold them to the highest expectations;

■ Continuity in the provision of services is the basis of good healthcare; and

■ We choose to align ourselves with organizations that share similar philosophies.

The Grant County Health District has reported high levels of Acute Respiratory Illness in our community.

To help protect patients and staff, team members who work directly with patients are wearing masks during face-to-face care.

We encourage all patients to wear a mask.

If you have symptoms such as fever, coughing, or a sore throat, you are required to wear a mask while in our clinics during this time.
