Moss Bluff Chiropractic Dr. Chad Richard Dr. Chad Richard is a 1985 graduate of LaGrange High School.

He attended McNeese State University for two years; from there he attended Life Chiropractic College graduatiing in 1992. Dr. Richard began practicing at Natures Way Chiropractic for 2 years, before opening Moss Bluff Chiropractic in 1994.
