🧡🦃 Happy Thanksgiving, LP Fam! 🦃🧡

Today I’m feeling extra thankful for my kind of crew the women who can deadlift, belly laugh, and hype each other up all in the same hour.

Whether you’ve been with LP Fitness since the “please don’t let me puke during warm-ups” era or you just walked through the door this year wondering what you signed up for… I am so grateful for you. Truly.

Your loyalty, your trust, your consistency (even on the days when leggings are the only thing holding us together 😅), are the reason LP Fitness exists. You’re not just clients, you’re family! The kind that spots your squat, celebrates your wins, and still shows up at 4&5AM even though no one should be awake then.

Thank you for choosing LP, for choosing yourself, and for allowing me to be part of your strength journey. My heart (and my glutes) are full. 😜
