Spring Cleanse and Rejuvenation is almost here!
We meet as a group Friday night and discuss. The cleanse and rejuvenation not only helps your body detox, but your mind and trauma as well. Soothes and rejuvenates the tissues instead of traditional cleanses leaving you depleted.
We will go over the packet in a lot more detail, Ayurveda introduction, and discuss and answer questions!
What to expect:
1 Week Before: cleaning up diet and slowly removing dairy, sugar, night shades, gluten, and meat(if you choose).
Day 1 - 3: Eating Whole Foods meal plan. Yoga, movement, nature walks, meditation, breathing techniques. Self - Detox Massage and dry brushing. Lots of tea!
Day 4-5: A Whole Foods of kitchari. If you opt out for kitchari you can continue Whole Foods, veggies, grains, lentil soup , meat(if you choose) Yoga, movement, nature walks, meditation, breathing techniques. Self - Detox Massage and castor oil packs. Lots of tea!
Day 6-10: Slowly introduce foods back. Continue the self care routine as much as you can to help rejuvenate and heal!
