Honestly, it’s a relief to finally start letting yourself be seen as who you are called to be. But what comes first…

📚On the surface, you think you are doing the right thing, taking a million classes and saving a million videos. Reading books. Listening to podcasts.

And while that is all well and good, if you are feeling a stronger soul pull to a deeper practice with plant medicine, it’s ultimately unsatisfying because you aren’t living out your purpose. And this is how information hoarding can become a trap.

The women I have walked with through apprenticeship are brilliant and talented. And most of them were hiding behind information gathering because being seen is frankly, especially in this day and age, terrifying.

🤔Not only that, but it’s difficult to build confidence in your herbal and aromatherapy skills on your own. As you begin to express this privately, you end up finding out you have a lot more questions than you thought.

And even for those who are called to be medicine keepers in their own homes, that vulnerability is big as your family will question you more than anyone.

✨This is why it’s so important to have a mentor who knows you personally and can draw out YOUR unique gifting in a way that begins to feel safer to your nervous system even as you get into action with the work you are called to do here.

In my Rooted Disruption apprenticeship, yes, we do a lot of head knowledge building, but the most important muscle we build is that of your own confidence and self-belief. And doing this first in trusted community makes it possible for you to bring your gifts to the world in a fully public way.

Apprenticeship is 40% off through Monday, 12/1/25. If you are wanting to be done hiding, your first step is to comment “apprentice” below or reach out in the DM’s so we can explore together if now is your time in this exclusive container.

All levels of apprenticeship 40% off through December 1st.

When Maranda came into apprenticeship, she was like many of my followers. She knew a fair amount about herbs, a little bit about essential oils, was dabbling with biohacking, and was passionate about learning.

❌But what she was NOT doing was using any of her knowledge.

She didn’t know how to put all those pieces together.

She didn’t know when to choose herbs versus essential oils.

She didn’t know what herbs to use and when.

And she lacked a seasonal and circadian framework of understanding the body that makes these choices far easier.

Since apprenticing, Maranda now has a stocked home apothecary filled with her own tinctures, elixirs, and creations. But more than that, she has confidence in knowing how & when to use those preparations.

Now, in the second year of her apprenticeship, Maranda has begun monetizing her skills and gifts, teaching others what she has learned over the years and also within my apprenticeship container.

She is defining and refining what her own practice looks like (a unique combination of anti-aging biohacking and deep wisdom from herbs in her case).

And she is feeling solid, validated, and seen in her identity as a healer.

Without apprenticeship, Maranda would still be wishing and hoping, pinning recipes and saving videos, but she wouldn’t see the improvements to her health she has experienced, and she certainly wouldn’t be helping others get their own results.

If you are looking to get from dabbling into confident action and to clarify what your unique combination of skills, gifts, and passions look like within the context of a healing practice, I would be honored to be your guide.

Comment “apprentice” below or reach out in the DM’s to explore if apprenticeship is right for you.

If you are looking to go deeper with your herbalism or aromatherapy experience, if you’ve always wanted to understand more about seasonal and circadian living, and if you have wanted to understand how to incorporate stones and crystals into your lifestyle for therapeutic purposes, apprenticeship is likely for you.

Apprentices work with me in a group setting over the course of one year virtually. every month you get to learn and build a deep relationship with one herb, one aromatic, and one stone or crystal. You learn all of this within a seasonal framework, using ancient wisdom from eastern medicine traditions, as well as the modern science of quantum biology.

The apprenticeship really is the best of East meets West and old meets brand new. this allows you a safe space to receive guidance, ask questions, and experiment. A number of apprentices have already gone onto monetize their learning within this container.

If this is something that you’re curious about learning about, please reach out in the DM’s so we can chat as this deal is only available until December 1st.

**Last Chance to join us on Saturday**

🤷‍♀️I have shared some shocking and somewhat frightening studies and facts about microplastics this week, which may leave some of us feeling the ennui of indifference--what can we really do to avoid these things and there's probably nothing we can do about it anyway, right?

🌿Wrong. Turns out that specific approaches to detoxification and certain plant allies can give our bodies more resilience against microplastics, and we can also make tons of easy, simple swaps for regular, everyday things in our daily routines to minimize our exposure.

So instead of being fearful, let's empower ourselves with information.

Another reason to come to my micro plastics class on Saturday morning? ***Your kids, grandkids, nieces, and nephews.*** (We need a few more registrations to ensure we can run this class live on Saturday--if you are thinking of joining us, please complete registration today)

Not only does recent research show that micro plastics are more concentrated in the bodies of infants because of exposure of parents, we are now also learning that plastic toys likely release micro plastics into the environment where they are ingested by children.

This represents a significant risk to the health of kids and especially to them developing chronic conditions or serious diseases later in life that are also implicated in relationship to micro plastics.

This is why it’s so important to learn about these things and also to learn how to mitigate the risks for you and your family. There are all kinds of healthy swaps that we can use for a common household items, including plastic toys.

Please register for class by Thursday night in order to ensure this class will run.

Not everyone needs apprenticeship when they first start learning about natural healing and a rewilded life.

But you may reach a point, somewhere along the line of saving videos and reading books where you start to feel frustration.

You start to notice all of the conflicting advice out there.

You start to realize you may not understand the safety aspects of what you want to work with.

And you are going to wish that you had someone to ask questions of, and a supportive community around you who is working on similar expansion and exploration.

Doors to apprenticeship open soon. Go here to get yourself on the waitlist.

If you are a healer, people are not interested in AI generated content from you. They want the raw, the real, the essence of who you are as a practitioner.

🥱People are completely burned out already on AI generated, over polished, fake feeling content. If you felt like you had to give into that for some reason in your work, I would like to give you permission to back out of that.

👀And I want to empower you to allow yourself to be seen—as this is what may actually give you an edge and help to engender trust with people on a deeper level who need your help.

Yes, it’s scary to be visible (and it may require some nervous system work to get to a place where you can feel safe with this), but if you are looking to draw in the ideal, soul sister clients, this is what people are craving from your presence: YOU. The real you.

Let’s get back to being humans and ditch the AI content, what do you say? Need some help? I am here to support in 1:1 apprenticeships or within one of my advanced containers. Comment “real” below if you’d like to chat.

Our Story

Prairie Soap House started in 2006 as I began my journey toward more natural means of existence. Having become tired of all of the synthetic components of cosmetic, body care, cleaning, and household products, I began researching more natural, intuitive, and ancient ways of body and skin care. I began making soaps and lotions, using mostly organic, often wild-crafted ingredients. Over the course of many years, I have continued to hone my skills and educate myself more deeply about natural living, incorporating this knowledge into the products I create for my family and yours. Recently I have expanded the business through the acquisition of an alembic still that I use to distill hydrosols and essential oils from plant material gathered from my farm. My products never contain synthetic ingredients, chemicals, preservatives, or unnatural colorants. They always include a bit of alchemy--taking the best of the land and my own intentions--and hopefully crafting a product whose whole is greater than the sum of its parts and which will enhance your life and your health. Thus, I have now added "Apothecary" to the business name as I continue to explore and incorporate elements of herbalism and aromatherapy as well as aspects of wildness and the land into all I am producing, including educational videos and materials. The apothecary continues to expand its reach, as I now have nutritional solutions for weight loss, energy, healthy aging, and athletic performance available along with a wide range of supplementation options. In addition, I now offer various types of in-person and online training. Learn more at www.intuitiveseason.com and www.prairiearomatherapy.com
