I cannot stress the importance of regular chiropractic maintenance care. We are a busy, appointment only office with a waiting list. Some days it is impossible to work in anyone. In order to avoid being in pain and unable to get in, please SCHEDULE and KEEP a regular appointment! How often a "tune up" is needed is different for everybody but regular care will help you avoid being in a bad situation.
