Please refer to our pinned posts for information regarding Decatur Morgan Physician Clinics and Lawrence Medical Center Physician Network clinic closures. Due to expected poor road conditions from winter weather, and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our patients and employees, we are sharing additional updates for tomorrow, Monday, January 26.

The following locations will be CLOSED:

• Decatur Morgan Occupational Medicine
• Decatur Morgan Wound Care Clinic
• Hartselle Medical Mall Lab & X-Ray
• Lawrence Medical Center Outpatient Services

DELAYED OPENINGS:

• Decatur Morgan Cardiac Rehab - opening at 9:15 AM
• Decatur Morgan Wellness Center - opening at 10:00 AM
• Lawrence Medical Urgent Care - opening at 10:00 AM
• Rehab Access - opening at 10:00 AM
