Our residents had a great time playing Noodle Net Ball, a fun activity that keeps everyone moving and engaged. Using pool noodles to tap the ball back and forth helps strengthen hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and upper body mobility.

Activities like this are a wonderful way to keep the body active and the mind sharp! Staying mobile and engaged is an important part of supporting strength, balance, and long-term health. At Colquitt Regional Senior Care & Rehabilitation, we love finding creative ways to keep our residents active and smiling💙

Today is International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Day! Please join us in thanking our very own IBCLC, Aprile Tillman, who works tirelessly to support mothers and families during their breastfeeding journeys🩷💙

From helping to establish breastfeeding routines to addressing milk supply and feeding issues, Aprile provides the gold standard of care in lactation! We are so grateful for the asset she is to our health system and for the exceptional care she provides our mothers!

Since joining our health system in 2016, Macy has served as a dedicated Home Health Aide for Hospice, consistently going above and beyond for every patient in her care!

Macy treats each patient like family, ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion during life’s most meaningful moments. Families often share their heartfelt gratitude for her steady presence and even request that visits not be scheduled when she is off💙

We are incredibly grateful for the light she brings to our Hospice team and to the families we serve! Congratulations Macy on this well deserved recognition👏
