This Saturday I’ll be joining Life Time Fitness Rosemount for their 1 year anniversary celebration from 8–12pm.

There will be 12 local vendors total, including Framed Reverie, along with interactive booths hosted by the Life Time team. It’s such a great opportunity to connect with local businesses and experience the many ways our community supports health, wellness, and everyday life.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be at the Senior Resource and Wellness Fair tomorrow at the Bloomington Civic Plaza.

This event brings together amazing local resources for seniors and caregivers from wellness and support services to financial and legal guidance. The Bloomington Police will also be sharing helpful information on avoiding scams and staying safe in the community.
