Nothing I love more than learning together from and with other lactation providers. Lolli, lattes, b***s, and lots of notes have filled this first morning session. and are lactation celebrities and we are so blessed to learn from each of them! I am very excited to bring more knowledge and skill to Shine Lactation + Postpartum Support in the practice of Therapeutic Breastfeeding Massage in Lactation as well as Advanced Breastfeeding Care and Clinical Concepts in Lactation Therapy.

I am so excited for the opportunity to train with Maya Bolman and Lisa Lahey at their Advanced Clinical Skills workshop the next few days. Learning together with others passionate about all things lactation is one of my very favorite things! 😍🤱

Introducing a daily bottle to your breastfeeding baby is super important for if and when someone else will be feeding your baby. At 3-4 weeks, if baby is breastfeeding well, milk supply is established, and you are feeling great about breastfeeding—it is the PERFECT time to begin practicing bottlefeeding once a day. 🍼The key is CONSISTENCY! Congrats—you made it!! 😊

Today’s TITbit—-Valentine edition!❤️
Babies often fall in love with one breast more than the other❤️and most of the time, it is completely normal! A preference doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong. Maybe it flows quicker? Maybe it’s more comfortable? Maybe YOU are more relaxed feeding on one side versus the other? We’re just going to keep showing both sides a little love ❤️even if your baby has a favorite😊
