Our February Employee of the Month is Tina Baker. Tina has been with us for almost 10 years! As a dedicated nurse, she consistently goes above and beyond for the residents she cares for each day. Her compassion and genuine love for our residents is evident in everything she does. She takes the time to truly connect with those in her care, making them feel valued, comfortable, and supported.
In addition to the exceptional care she provides, she is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude, teamwork, and leadership make her a role model for others on the team. She leads by example and helps create the supportive, resident-focused culture we strive for every day.
