Zucchini and Crooked Neck Squash. Many people plant summer squash , but at at a loss for what to do with the abundance of them. They eat, freeze, bake with in various things, but still give away much. Im not saying to stop giving away, but wanted to show you away to preserve it in a very close to fresh way you can. Thats freeze drying it to use for the rest of the year. It reconstitutes bert close to the fresh in taste and texture. After recontitution with water you can cook it as you would fresh.

I want to mention something about the spirituality debate in America right now. You don't believe in God? Fine, I'm not one to judge, cause I'm not the judge. Why is it so important for some to mock those of us that do? If we're wrong, what have we lost when we die? Nothing! How does our believing in Jesus bring any harm? You think it makes me stupid? Gullible? Fine. How does that affect you? I would rather live my life believing in God and serving Him, and find out I was right, than not believing in Him and not serve Him, and find out I was wrong. Then it's too late. There's no shame in my game! I believe in Jesus Christ. He said deny me in front of your friends & I will deny you in front of my Father (Matthew 10:33-35). HE'S COMING BACK...Greatest man in history, had no servants, yet they called him Master. Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. His name is Jesus.

You know there is a problem when:
Your leader, boss, pastor, spouse, and etc require loyalty or covenant relationship from you, but it’s a one way thing.
A person or leaders and such want you to promote, uplift, bless and support them with no regard to you and your family except lip service.
Those over you take advantage of you or yours for their own benefit in areas they want.
People want power, fame, money and the things that come with it without the character to handle it appropriately without pridefulness, an attitude of entitlement or possibility being narcissistic.

Yes, we have been used in this way and knew it before long, but the Lord sent us and our work was for the Lord and the ones we were trying to help. We were able to help many and lead many in the way they should go. So in this we were successful, but sometimes it hurts looking back on things and being taken advantage of, but our marriage of 47 years is strong and know our reward will not burn or lost, but will go with us into eternity.
