Ellie A. has been a Home Health Aide at Bel Rae since June 2025. Since then, she has established herself as hardworking, knowledgeable in her job and dedicated in caring for the residents. What sets her apart is how Ellie goes out of her way to show each resident just how special they are. From being flexible in assisting staff where needed to putting in a full day’s work setting up for the Christmas Party on her day off! Bel Rae is proud to have Ellie as our January Employee of the Month!

Congratulations to Carl who is our November Employee of the Month! He has been an employee with Bel Rae since 2021. Not only does he come to work with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Carl is always willing to pick up shifts to ensure our residents get the care they deserve. Our memory cares are where Carl shines the brightest! The residents’ faces light up whenever they see he is working on their unit. Thank you, Carl, for being one of Bel Rae’s Shining Stars!

Congratulations to Miriam C. who is Bel Rae’s October Employee of the Month! Miriam is a Dietary Server with our Culinary Department. She comes to work everyday with a positive and hardworking attitude. She is quick to assist her teammates with any task without being prompted. She helps the chef’s prep in the kitchen, picks up shifts when we’re short, and she even tried her hand in some baking recently. Miriam’s pleasant and lighthearted demeanor gives the residents and her teammates sense of comfort when she is working. Bel Rae is very lucky to have her as a part of our team!

The residents enjoy when he is working and the quality of care, he provides for each of them. While working at Bel Rae he has earned his nursing degree and works as a nurse at another facility but continues to pick up shifts here at Bel Rae. Please join us in celebrating William!

Congratulations to Bel Rae’s August Employee of the Month, Abigail C.! She has been working at Bel Rae for four years. She comes to work everyday with a positive attitude and is always quick to care for the residents dining needs and help her team. She has been a huge help to us here at Bel Rae, the last year especially, as she has been navigating her college career in Duluth, but has been back to offer a well-needed helping hand during the holidays and this summer. We look forward to watching her grow with us here at Bel Rae and on her college journey.
