🐨Cutie the Koala is the official Oneness Reiki mascot!

🌀She’s super soft and cuddly. Cutie offers support to my in person neuro-spicy clients and she assists me with distant (or remote) Reiki sessions.

🤲During a distant Reiki session, Cutie serves as a surrogate for the hand placements that are typically used during an in person session.

M-W closed for appointments
Thursday-Friday 4-6 PM (last session start time 5 PM)

This snippet of Billy Strings’ acceptance speech rings true in many ways. We can find parallels to our own lives and implement changes to achieve and manifest our individual and collective successes.

We have all had hardships that bring that melancholy into frame. The trick is not to stay there.

Billy found that Bluegrass music is his medicine, his cure, his creative outlet, his social currency.

Billy veered off the Bluegrass path, but came back instinctively. He followed his heart and his intuition and found peace and success.

We all have hardship, sadness, melancholy. We also all have the choice and free will to return. Return to our true nature, our true self.

If you find yourself veering off your path, find your Bluegrass. Find the thing that brings you back to that inner child, before you knew anything dirty about the Earth.

Welcome to Oneness Reiki’s in-home studio!

I offer comfort items during your session- a bolster for your knees, an eye mask to aid relaxation, a comfy blanket if you’re so inclined. Cutie the Koala can even be snuggled.

Other tools of my trade that are used to enhance the session include sage, feathers, and crystals. I use sage to clear the space, a feather to spread and even out energy, and crystals to align.

The full body Reiki session is often referrerd to as hands on healing. Know that there is no tissue manipulation. And if you are sensitive to touch, the energy can be shared without contact.

Got into this deck today that I forgot I had! The Earth Magic Oracle Cards deck by Steven D. Farmer.

I did a reading for myself first and was so pleased with what the cards had to say, I then asked the Oracle for guidance for all. The card that I pulled is Wind-Activation.

The message of this card is one of action. And because this deck draws on the medicine of the Earth, of Gaia, it calls your attention back to nature and your own natural state.

If you are feeling lethargic, slow, sluggish- find an activity to put the “wind into your sails”. Something that lifts you up. It could be as simple as stepping outside and feeling the breeze in your hair, taking a walk, or hiking in the forest. If none of that is available to you today, try a creative activity- sing, dance, draw, paint, write. Do something that brings your soul joy, that wakes it up, and makes you feel alive.
