Here are my PT home exercises. It’s not the only physical activity I do it’s what helps me do all the things I want to do.

I recently had my “bone on bone” knee evaluated by one of the best PTs anywhere, .dpt (That bone on bone phrase is truly irrelevant)

After initially limping into I’ve been doing PT for months and reached a point where I wanted to start really pushing myself and to start rebuilding muscle I’ve lost.
A bunch of cool tests later he gave me the green light to go for it. (I know when to say when)

I’m not sharing this because I’m so special, in fact it’s quite the opposite. I’m like anyone else.

The right healthcare professionals make all the difference. Align yourself with those that want to help you reach your goals.

Not a rant, I’m trying to offer hope to anyone looking for some.
