❤️ Bringing Heart and Humor
We are sending out a huge thank you to Jennifer from Mountain Valley for another month of smiles and creativity! She has such a gift for bringing joy to our community, and this February was no exception.
Our residents stayed busy with a perfect mix of wellness and whimsy:
Heart-Healthy Habits: We kicked things off by learning about the best foods to keep our hearts ticking strong. Knowledge is power (and delicious)!
Yogurt Bar Extravaganza: We put that heart-healthy knowledge into practice with a yogurt bar featuring all the best "yummy" toppings.
The "Blind" Drawing Challenge: In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Jennifer put our artistic skills to the ultimate test. Residents followed prompts to draw Valentine’s themed items... on top of their own heads! 🎨✍️

Despite the sleet this week rendering optimal snowman construction impossible, our residents made their own snowmen (without even looking, I might add). Now that's impressive! ⛄❄️
