In winter, the earth is still resting — and so are we.
Join us for a cozy, low-pressure yoga class designed for moms and teens to slow down together. This winter-themed experience honors the quieter season of the year, when growth is happening beneath the surface and there is no need to rush toward resolutions.
Class will include gentle movement, simple partner moments, breathwork, and extended restorative rest. We’ll practice by candlelight with blankets, subtle essential oils (optional), and a calm, grounding pace that supports the nervous system.
After class, stay for a cup of homemade hot cocoa before heading back out into the cold.
No yoga experience is needed.
Touch, scent, and partner work are always optional.
