Surry Medical Associates Westlake and Extended Care offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1st, 2026, in observance of the New Year holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Friday, January 2nd, 2026.

Please note that Surry Medical Extended Care and Surry Medical Associates – Westlake offices will have adjusted hours for the Christmas holiday:

🕒 Christmas Eve (December 24th): Closing early at 3:00 PM
🎅 Christmas Day (December 25th): Closed all day
📅 December 26th: Reopening with normal business hours
